Sunday Dog operates this store and website (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your email address when you join a waitlist or ask for a restock discount, and your name, shipping and billing address and phone number if you place an order.
- Order and payment details when you buy something. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications you send us, such as support emails.
- Device and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser, the pages you view and the products you look at or add to your cart.
How we use it
- To run the store: show you products, process and ship orders, handle returns and answer questions.
- To email you when a product is back in stock and send the discount you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), using tools such as the Meta Pixel.
- To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and comply with the law.
Who we share it with
- Shopify and other service providers that help us run the store (hosting, payments, analytics, email, fulfillment and shipping).
- Advertising partners such as Meta, to measure and show ads. You can opt out of sharing for targeted advertising at https://xgdcfe-ya.myshopify.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.
- When the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve the Services. Your rights and choices

If you visit with the Global Privacy Control signal turned on, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
The Services are not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
International transfers
Your information may be stored and processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
